My story

I am a mom, your teacher of emotional regulation and development. I have practiced meditation and yoga for decades, but it was the practices of self-compassion that saved me in crisis and burnout.

I have invested the last decade of my life in inner growth and after seeing extraordinary results manifest in my life, my mission became clear. To share the gifts of Self-Compassion with as many people as possible.

Once upon a time in my busy life as an entrepreneur and designer, I thought that treating myself critically helped me achieve success. To some extent, it did. But eventually I realized that despite the external signs of success, I still felt unfulfilled, lacking, and somehow flawed.

When other life challenges came into play - motherhood, emigration, family problems - I felt completely burned out.

Self-compassion was like a warm bath for my exhausted nervous system. Like a deep regeneration of my heart and my inner resources.

I realized that how I treat myself is crucial to the quality of my life.

That's why I couldn't resist sharing with others what literally changed my world.

We cannot avoid life's challenges, but we can learn to deal with them with greater ease.

I invite you to courses, workshops and training in Polish and English.

I teach self-compassion, or social and emotional skills, to adults, young adults, and teenagers.

I believe that the support and care we show each other is the best thing we can do for the world.
