Self-Compassion Year Course

Course for MSC graduates

12 meetings once a month - for shared, in-depth practice

A workshop for moms (and dads) to regenerate emotional resources, in a safe group of parents with toddlers (up to 6 months old).

  • Motivate yourself with kindness rather than criticism
